17 Fit vs MacroFactor
MacroFactor works out your expenditure from what you log and how your weight moves, and keeps adjusting even when you miss your targets; it runs on Android too and shows no ads. There is no free plan: after a 7‑day trial it takes a subscription. 17 Fit adapts your target to your weight trend every week on its free plan, and adds photo and voice logging and an AI coach.
